| Bio: | so this is me. i'm procrastinating, so i'm going to write something real in here now, for the first time in, oh, almost three years. i'm currently a college student, working in the library for the summer and doin' not too much. i like to think of myself as an artist, as a writer. i want to write books and draw comics someday. i have had entire worlds swimming around in my head for as long as i can remember; most of them have yet to escape and find their way to the page. i am irresponsible and don't write or draw as often as i should, and blame it on being too busy for school, but somewhere deep inside i know better. at school i'm an english lit major, with the possible delusion that this is going to help me with what i want to do. moreso than the "professional communication & information design" program that has classes like rhetoric and creative playwriting and a writing internship. my life is not that exciting. as you will see if you read my journal. i think that's a standard claim in bios on here. i'm a geek who is mildly good with computers, prefers old school video games to most others besides the legacy of kain, reads lots of books, loves canada, dresses in weird clothes and hits people with foam-on-a-stick on the weekends (some call it amtgard) and downloads pirated anime and manga and music. i collect glass bottles and have a best friend named henry who is a girl and my soul-twin and i want to spend my whole life with drawing comics and telling stories. i have amazing friends. i have a wonderful family. life isn't that bad. i just haven't figured out what i'm doing with it. | |||||
